We have been instructed to carry out refurbishment work on the existing roof and parapet cladding, which includes thoroughly preparing and re-coating these surfaces to ensure durability and enhanced weather resistance. Additionally, we will be installing a new HD Sharman Plygene Gutterline System to provide a long-term, seamless gutter lining solution that prevents leaks and improves drainage efficiency. As part of the project scope, we will also be replacing all rooflights with new, high-performance units to enhance natural daylighting while ensuring improved thermal efficiency and compliance with current building standards.
